We bring all the essential cleaning equipment, including our professional-grade pressure washers and surface cleaners. However, we do require access to a power outlet and a water source at your property.

If you have any concerns about providing these, please let us know in advance, and we can discuss alternative arrangements.

We take great care to protect your property during the cleaning process. This includes covering nearby plants and delicate areas, using appropriate pressure levels for different surfaces, and positioning our equipment safely.

If you have any specific concerns, please let us know before we start, and we'll take extra precautions.

We strive for excellence in every job and stand behind the quality of our work. While we can significantly improve the appearance of most surfaces, it's important to note that we can't guarantee complete restoration to a like-new condition, especially for older surfaces or those with deep-set stains. Factors like age, material type, and the nature of the stains can affect the final results.

We promise to use our expertise and best efforts to achieve the best possible outcome for your property. If you're not satisfied with our initial service, we'll return to address any areas of concern at no additional cost, within reason.

Currently, we accept payment after the completion of our services. As for payment methods, we currently accept cash and bank transfers. We appreciate your understanding as we work to expand our payment options in the future.
